We just spent two hours on the water today. We have used London boat rentals many times. Always had a great time. But let me tell you we will most likely never use them again. The check in process was chaotic. We lost 10 min of our boat time waiting. WAYYY too many people gathering in front of the shop without masks on. It was crowded and not safe. No social distancing enforced!!! London boats - get your act together. Start staggering check ins every 15 min or at least don’t make us wait past our rental time!! Shame on you f... read more
