Rude & condescending. Towards a handicapped person
My 2019 Silverado has the 1234 Freon AC system and was not cooling right,All fixed now blowing ice cold. Thank you for a job well done at a price I can afford.
I stopped in this shop a few days ago because I had broken some bolts off of a part that came off my pickup and was curious to see if the mechanic could help me get the bolts out. The guy that I spoke to came off as extremely rude and told me I was screwed, and that he couldn’t help me. Ironically I took the part to a friend from work, who isn’t a mechanic, and he was able to drill out the broken bolts and rethread the part. This was my first time visiting this shop and it will certainly be my last
Called to get a price on repairs and when I began to explain what was wrong with my car, he interrupted me and told me to call London Tire Center for a diagnostics. Apparently he's too busy and assumed I didn't know what I needed done.
