Car began having issues on a Friday around 1pm. I called ten different shops they couldn't get it in. I passed by London auto service looked them up on Google had great reviews so I called him up. he said he couldn't get to me until Monday but that was a better answer than anyone else had giving me. Two hours later he called me with the issue and said that he figured he would give it a look over since it was sitting there. I was back on the road by 430. Great service thorough information and reasonable prices!
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Keith since I was I was 17. He does it right the first time, and has never steered me wrong. As long as he’s in business, he has my business.
Keith is a great mechanic. I've had a lot of work done the past 15 years. Never had to take anything back. Always fixed right the first time.

I have used London Auto Service twice.....and both times I have walked away feeling that this is one of the best businesses in London Ky. Keith takes the time to explain what the issue is and why it is an issue and he is fair with his pricing and his work is beyond excellent. He takes time to go the extra mile, which is very rare these days......and he is very honest and upright in his dealings, which is even more rare.
