I have been a patient of Dr. Baker for a few years, he is very easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say, he is very caring and knowledgeable. To tell you the truth I don't see him only as my treating physician but as a true friend and that is why I give him 5 stars.
Compassionate care and well run facility. The staff go beyond my expectations and provide loving care to each resident!

Highly recommend because he is an excellent clinician.
Overall great service. I had injured my lower back and was concerned what was going on with my symptoms. Both the Dr and her assistant spent a great deal of time with me helping me understand my pain and helping me out with treatment options. Front staff was busy but very courteous and helpful.
My name is Shelly Apodaca and Dr Carter treated my son Tyler Gonzalez yrs ago in Phoenix Az at the CRS clinic.I wish Dr. Sabrina Carter would come back to Az I cant find a doctor as wonderful as she is to treat my 6yr old daughter Sophia who also has a siezure disorder for about a yr now. If you know of anyone as great a doctor as you please let me know.
