We took our VW there twice. The first time the repair was done, but windshield was broken. The second time our car was moved to at least one different shop (maybe 2) and they had our car for about a month. My husband had to keep calling to see if they could repair it. We then get a call that it is fixed. No call to say what was wrong and provide an estimate. No approval for work.
