I've worked & known Doug Lombardo for over 40 years and his Company, Lombardo's Heating & Cooling has always been top notch. I’ve been meaning to write a review to protect other consumers but forgot until our brand new A/C needed a new motor this year. We purchased a new A/C and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After the installation the A/C was blowing warm air and I called a spoke to the owners wife I believe. She said it was normal! Well let me tell you, we had ice build up on our furnace because they forgot to put Freon in! Now 2 years later the motor went. Please do not use these people! Miller’s is wonderful and responsive. We recently moved into our house and found out there was a gas leak, and North Shore Gas had to shut off our service. We called Lombardo's and Doug came out to inspect the issue promptly. He gave us a very accurate assessment of the situation, suggested what he would like to do to address our issue, and got us an estimate the same day.
