Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away
