Beware of Lombardo Homes due to MOLD ISSUES!! They should not even be a 1 star. They built my parents home and it ended up with mold because of their construction methods. When we let Lombardo know and mentioned that they should come look at it so they don't keep building with the same issue, they did not want to see it. Their response was that there is a provision in the contract that states they are not responsible for mold.
