Very crowded for a small place. Space was uncomfortable and seemed too small for the numbers of people allowed in. For the prices, I did not feel that the environment and food was up to the hype or the value... I guess it is supposed to be a favorite place because it has some notoriety and history..... food was not bad but not worth the cost. Overall, it could have been a better experience. Pizza is good- the meatball appetizer is fabulous!! Good service. Sauce on pizza is a bit bland for my taste. Cash only so come prepared.
Best pizza I have ever had! My daughter is the most picky eater and said the calzone was the best thing she has ever eaten! That’s HUGE!!
As a vegan I was shown every courtesy by John & his excellent staff at this new York original...the real deal & the pizza, divine!
Not quite sure what all the hype is about this place, the pizza had no flavor at all. And was very soggy.
Die Pizza war ok. Wir haben schon bessere gegessen. Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nur nicht ganz. Man isst von Pappgeschirr.... Wenn man dran vorbeikommt kann man aber eine solide Pizza essen, man muss aber nicht deswegen hin
Truly the BEST Pizza!!!!! Nicky was the best waitress!!!!!! A must stop place for all italians!!!! Sangria was excellent!!! Shout out from Tennessee and Baltimore visitors!!!
Is good but not what expect. Anyway the taste is ok. I will try another pizza when I visit NY again.
We loved it. My friends and I we're in NYC for the weekend. The pizza was quite possibly the best I have ever tasted. If I return again, I will definitely look it up again.
