Baby back ribs! Simple smoke with salt/pepper rub brings out natural taste of the pork. So good. Beans, slaw and various potato salads.

Very disappointed to the response I received today about my allergy to latex gloves; was informed that I cannot eat anything in there because it was already previously handled with the latex gloves. When I suggested they use nitrile gloves instead: the response was “they’re aren’t enough people allergic to it!” ~ I suppose when one of their employees develops an allergy to it (just a matter of time) and triggers a workers comp case, perhaps then they will reconsider. #latexisbad #bannedinotherstates #whynotCA ????
This time I was not too impressed with their oysters. We swore they were $2 each! Apparently not!
Just plain YUM! Had the tri-tip sandwich and potatoe salad. Yummy to the last bite!
