We had Lombardi pour new steps to our patio in 2016. In a year and a half the steps started to crumble. We have concrete steps all around our house that have been here 30 years. These look awful. He told us we must have used salt on them. We never use salt, we use calcium chloride when needed. We know better. It's a shame when you try to make improvements to your property and there is something wrong with it in 1 1/2 years. I have had people tell us that is probably was faulty concrete. Bob L******* of Lombardi Concrete (may do business under other trade names) was the contractor from ****. He did not get a city permit to do concrete work as told to do, criminally damaged my home by picking up a patio chair and bashing it against my homes windows (convicted in ******Municipal Court and sentenced to 60 days jail) when he could not intimidate and bully me, did not pay his concrete bill resulting in a lien on my house, he did not follow my written job instructions (did whatever HE wanted to), tried forcing me ... read more
