Deep concern about the cleanliness and condition of the oncology office during my recent visit on 9/8/25. I observed several issues that do not meet basic infection control standards, including: Food and sticky residue on the floor in the blood lab A dirty sink in the exam room Visible dirt on the exam table pedestal As an oncology patient, infection prevention is critical. I began my cancer treatment at Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center in 2016 and, for several years, had a truly positive experience. I was fortunate to have a team of dedicated, compassionate, and responsive oncologists and surgeons who made me feel heard and supported.
