I'm writing this review to share my disappointment regarding the care my husband received at the GT Lombardi Center. Although the front office staff and nurses were exceptional, the treatment my husband received was awful from start to finish. The medical team's initial decision not to give continuous chemo while my husband awaited surgery allowed the cancer to spread. Deep concern about the cleanliness and condition of the oncology office during my recent visit on 9/8/25. I observed several issues that do not meet basic infection control standards, including: Food and sticky residue on the floor in the blood lab A dirty sink in the exam room Visible dirt on the exam table pedestal As an oncology patient, infection prevention is critical. I began my cancer treatment at Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center in 2016 and, for several years, had a truly positive experience. I was fortunate to have a team of dedicated, compassionate, and responsive oncologists and surgeons who made me feel heard and supported.
