Lombardi’s is the BEST! From shopping for a new vehicle, through the purchase process, to service and repairs over the life of the vehicle, to the trade in years down the road, they are awesome every step of the way! Byron (GM), Nick (finance), Ed (service manager), Angela (office) and all the other staff are great to work with. We wouldn’t buy anywhere else!! Oh, and don’t forget the new GM Rewards program. Based on our new vehicle purchase, we were able to cash in points for some free accessories.

When I originally went there it seemed to be a good dealership. I bought a used Suburban off of them and they told me they put new tires and breaks on the vehicle. Being somebody who works for Michelin tires I know what to look for on tires. The tires DOT are out of date AND 8 months later my breaks and rotors are trashed to the point it's telling me to service my 4 wheel drive. I had to call them and argue just to get a free oil change. Over all I'm not at all happy with my experience at Lombardi Chevy in Wilmington.
