He was very nice kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and was reasonable.
First time customer and I was very happy! I was not made to feel like a girl who knew nothing. I have my card info over the phone because I was at work. When I picked up my car, after hours, there was a note saying my card didn't work and to call him on Monday. Not many owners would do that for a first time customer.
