Scheduling an appointment was very easy, and the reminders were incredibly helpful. I loved being able to complete my paperwork and insurance information online beforehand, which saved me a ton of time in the office. The staff was great and very helpful from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lebovich is incredibly friendly and gave me a few clear treatment options with clear focus on the best personalized care for my specific needs. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your comfort. For the first time, I felt comfortable being honest about my fears and frustrations with getting my teeth cleaned—the sensitivity, the noise, and the anxiety that came with it. They listened, addressed every concern, and made the experience feel the way it used to before my dental issues began. They truly go above and beyond to make sure a visit to the dentist isn’t something to fear. I highly recommend them!

From the very first phone call, the experience felt warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Blanca was incredibly polite, patient, and easy to talk to, and the way she communicated reflected the professionalism of the entire clinic. It’s obvious that excellent customer service is a priority here, and that starts with having caring and respectful people on the team. Appreciation as well to the management for building such a positive and professional atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Today it wasn't my first visit to Lombard Dental Studio. Every time I come to this dental office, I can feel a lot of care and attention to their patient from doctor Lebovich, his assistant Oksana and receptionist Blanca. And this is not just formal treatment, it is a treatment with care. Doctor Lebovich and Oksana do everything to find the root cause of any dental issue you come with, explain how to deal with it and provide the best treatment. On a scale of 5 points I would rate it as10. Thank you doctor, Oksana and Blanca!
