MR riyaz you are not doing good when customer coming your attitude not to satisfy customers
☆☆☆☆ I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple of years mainly because the owner is amazing and always shows great customer service. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has gone downhill. In the past, I wasn’t impressed with the staff, but at least it was a decent option. Now, there’s only one guy working here and he completely ruins the experience. He’s lazy, talks too much, doesn’t know how to communicate with customers, and always rushes through haircuts and shaves without any care for quality. Very disappointing ... read more
I do not recommend this salon. I came in on September 9th between 10:20–11:20 am and was treated with complete disrespect. Waiting over 30 minutes was understandable since there were two people ahead of me, but what crossed the line was when the stylist told me to wash my own hair, tossed a towel on the chair, and said he was too busy. That’s unacceptable. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in this business. I regret ever coming here.

He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type and I also he witnessed some concerns about my hair, and he gave me a great tip - to start using Minoxidil. The cut and style turned out even better than I imagined - fresh, flattering, and easy to maintain. Highly recommend NEDAL to anyone looking for a skilled, professional, and friendly stylist. Thanks.
I visited this place twice and had a disappointing experience both times. The first visit, the barber was too tired to cut my hair even though it was well before closing time (2 hours before). The Second time he was rude and unwelcoming. Not a comfortable place to get a haircut with him miss my regular barbers.
