Randy Rocks!! this is the second time Randy has cut a custom carpet (and bounds it) with several difficult angles. The second time was just as perfect and precise. Also thanks to Susan who is always very helpful in our carpet measurements and choices and can't forget Jack! Thanks to all of you at Lomax.
Some time good installation and another time not satisfied with installation. Overall good price.
Extremely disappointed. UPDATE- a different installer from Lomax came out and confirmed the obvious that the woodwork was damaged all over, not just minor minimal scratches.DAMAGED. Gouges, metal scuffs, scraps everywhere.n Whatever machine the installers used left metal markings and damage everywhere. The installers were so sloppy. There is a bad seem right at eye level on the landing as soon as you come up the steps. All the seems look jagged and poorly cut.
