Greatest people. A very caring place.
I moved into Loma Village with my wife about 3 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. The communication from the leasing office has been absolutely outstanding - Yenifer and Maggie are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The leasing and maintenance teams deserve special recognition for their professionalism and friendliness. Any maintenance requests we’ve had were handled promptly and efficiently. I had a pretty rough experience here. Someone broke into my apartment and I was told that they would look through security footage and had to follow up weeks later just for them to not find anything. The area is pretty rough, the cops are always around and there is a pretty bad homelessness and drug problem around here. I never felt safe living here and would not recommend it.

One of the worst places I have ever lived. A One year lease here felt like eternity. While the apartment itself looks nice with nice features, the surrounding location is awful. There is never parking at nearby, especially at night. With how bad the surrounding area is with all the trash and homeless people, walking a few blocks to your apartment is not worth it.
