The worst service ever ! No emphaty once so ever on the patient. Adults are allowed 1 visitor understandable while children are allowed 2 . Ok got it . Then the tricky part when you are visiting a parent in outpatient surgery and your mother's back there so you decide to switch off they tell you no only 1 person and only the same person. Online and every where else it's 2 person . Not anywhere on policies and guidelines does it state cannot switch . Also the receptionist can have better etiquette. Who ever the receptionist is needs to be fired went in there fir my sons surgery and went to the waiting room and she kicked me and my other son out of the waiting room.... she could of explained it better but said incant be there with my other son but the way she said it was rude there were plenty of other family's in there with kids.... I asked should I sit outside with a 6 year old and she shrugged her shoulders
