My mother who is 71 years old had fall boke her left wrist . My daughter sent her to hospital with another family member who has had both covid vaccines and could sit with her . Upon taking my loved one to this "learning/teaching" hospital during the Covid issue 02/2021 (still in play today 03/2022) Troy was admitted and I thought was being treated for the cause we went there for, rectal bleeding. LLMU-Murrieta ER Dept was the worst place ever adding to losing your dignity, lack of kindness and consideration. Being a retired nurse and working more than a dozen levels of nursing I always felt that although standard care may lack the kindness and gentle touch of a caring nurse would make all the difference in the world , any other failing overlooked. Non-existent line of communication and unprofessionalism throughout. Few good staff members but overall a terrible experience. To top it off, a staff member stole my father's wedding ring and their response was that covid was a busy time. We were not allowed to visit when my father was staying at LL, so it was all phone conversations. Very slow, infuriating conversations. LOMA LINDA HOSPITAL, LOMA LINDA CA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HOSPITALS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THE RECEPTION DESK NOT INCLUDED. LLUMC Murrieta WORST hospital ever. It's eight months and I am feeling better after ER doctors jumped to conclusions and misdiagnosed me. Went to ER three times, once in an ambulance and the third time with a CT order from Urgent Care from a PA who diagnosed me right on target. Unprofessional, unorganized, miscommunication are the initial thoughts for the ER. 9 hours later I can clearly define the horrible, cringe worthy experience here at the Loma Linda Murrieta ER. This department cannot get ANYTHING right and seem to enjoy the fact that they could not care less about it. I can deal with unprofessional behavior, having to draw blood twice and throwing their mouse and mouse pad in frustration with patience. Please don't deliver your baby here. The experience was traumatizing. I'll try to keep it short, but I didn't listen to the bad reviews and I wish I had. 1. 95% of the Labor & Delivery Nurses were rude and or very lazy. 2. Baby was in canal too long ( I labored for 36 hours) , when my baby was born she had to immediately go to NICU for trouble breathing (laboring too long) 3.
