The non medical staff is rude and not very helpful. They stand around talking and when you have a question you have to wait for them to finish. Her answer to me was “i don’t know” then continued her personal conversation.
They were rude because I have IEHP and they don’t contract with them anymore and they couldn’t let me know that until I waited in line for twenty minutes. Poor people are disregarded here
