I really like this lab. I’ve had to go here for both pregnancies. You’re able to make appointments online and the phlebotomists always do a great job. I never feel any pain even with my 3 hr glucose test! We even had to bring our new born son here for testing and they did a great job with him.
I have been her multiple times for lab draws and the front staff is rude and snippy. They are no help at all and make you so everything on the computer. There is always a long wait and seems the department doesn’t flow very good.
What a mess. People everywhere and no appointments allowed. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for a simple blood test. Ridiculous and they do not care. Stay away if possible.
