I had a procedure yesterday on Oct 10 at Meridian LLU Dermatology Center. I was very scared. I arrived and was taken care of by Daisy for the pre procedure care. She put me to ease immediately. Dr Elsensohn and her assistant were so calm and caring made this so smoothe and easy. These are very caring professonals. I am so happy and fortunate to receive my care through LLUMC system.
i had this appointment for a month and a half in advance. it took 40 minutes to get there and 40 back. arrived and was told they need a letter of approval from my insurance despite already having an authorization letter. you would think they would have this sorted before the patient comes in. i’m disabled and this was a huge waste of my time.
I thought I was done with this horrible unprofessional place but I guess I was wrong. I had a appt with them in November for a biopsy. I had waited months for that appt and even asked for the day off to be there . I would also like to mention that it was a hour drive for me. As soon as I got to the facility I was checked in rather quickly and I thought it would be a pretty straight forward process. I was completely wrong .
