I had a great experience here. Went in for a biopsy for a suspicious spot on my nose. They explained the biopsy procedure before doing it so I knew what to expect from the local anesthesia. I had to have it removed, and my surgeon was great during my pre-surgery appointment as well as during the surgery. The attending staff during all three visits were great, too.
My son took off work losing a days pay to take me to my scheduled appointment. Fifteen minutes before we were to leave I received a call saying the Dr. was out and they'd have to reschedule. They couldn't fit me in with anyone else. This is unacceptable. This was in the Beaumont office.
Great Custmer service, caring staff. They found a squamous cell area on my shoulder which was biopsied on the yearly check and dealt with very quickly in a second visit to surgery and was effectively removed. I am still getting yearly checks. Dr. Anderson is very. Knowledgeable in her field and I thank her.
