My son took off work losing a days pay to take me to my scheduled appointment. Fifteen minutes before we were to leave I received a call saying the Dr. was out and they'd have to reschedule. They couldn't fit me in with anyone else. This is unacceptable. This was in the Beaumont office.
Great Custmer service, caring staff. They found a squamous cell area on my shoulder which was biopsied on the yearly check and dealt with very quickly in a second visit to surgery and was effectively removed. I am still getting yearly checks. Dr. Anderson is very. Knowledgeable in her field and I thank her.
So far not well. Says I have an appt 11/8/2025 but it shows they are closed on Saturday. Can't seem to get in touch with anyone.
Dr Dhillon is the Most Professional and Kind Dr Ever! She has Been so Patient re: Helping me Find a Treatment for my Scalp Problem.. She always Listens, and is willing to try anything to resolve my problem.. She Truly is the BEST Dr I’ve ever had! ❤️
