We drove from banning to loma linda children’s hospital because they have a children’s emergency room. We heard good things but it was a nightmare! I wish I would have went to San Gorgonio hospital to have my child checked by medical staff that actually cares. We waited about five hours to be told they lost my daughter’s urine specimen which was collected by a straight cath! She was put through a traumatic experience for nothing! This hospital almost cost my son his life. After being transported via ambulance by a separate hospital, we were put in a room and left alone for almost 6 hours before a med student arrived and asked "so why are you here?" And ordered an ultrasound that we had already done. Shortly after a resident arrived, and informed us that the Intussusception the first hospital had reported, had cleared itself up and that he should be fine. Terrible wait times. We waited 12 hours to get a broken wrist casted!!!! They also made us sit in the hallway to wait. Absolute terrible experience!!! Don’t ever come to this ER

The ER was awesome when taking care of my youngest. Yeah waiting is a part of ER trips, but the service was fantastic.
