Took my 4 yr old son here after he slipped in the tub and cut his eyebrow. Even though the waiting room had quite a few kids waiting the triage team was quick & efficient. The waiting room was comfortable and clean. Once back in a room the team was so friendly & fast. Our nurse Morgan and her helper Skyler were so kind to my son. My son had 2 seizures they let him go they only check his heart. That's it. Nothing else. I'm letting him go home he been growing up when we got home three times 😡

Loma Linda is a good hospital, especially its specialty offices. However, I strongly advise AGAINST bringing your newborn here. The service is extremely slow, and the doctors often disappear. Tests don’t get results promptly, and the nurses are friendly but either inexperienced or seem disorganized. From 6 pm to 3 am, I experienced several issues. I asked for the status of my child’s lab tests, but the nurses didn’t provide any explanation. At 3 am, I was forced to sign an AMA form because I was exhausted. There was no expla... read more

Thank you to Loma Linda University Children's Emergency Room - from the state of the art equipment and attention and care you paid my 12 year old with the dislocated and broken wrist... we felt utterly cared for and supported. Special shout-out to nurse Bryan for whom it seemed like "above and beyond" was just another day for him. He was an angel and amazing. So grateful on such an awful day with a terrible shock injury, we wound up here.

Visited the ER with our 2 days old newborn that was having a fever at home. Check in was quick and we were seeing by triage pretty quick. By the time the baby's temperature was taken again the fever had gone down a little. We were taken to a room and the tech connected the baby a tele monitor. Then we waited, and waited and waited, and waited. For over one hour an half nobody showed up into the room. No nurse, no doctor, nobody came to introduce themselves.
