If possible, avoid this place. They asked us to come in earlier than our scheduled appointment, but now I’ve been waiting here for over two hours with my child. They said they’re having a hard time hiring X-ray technicians, but if they’re short-staffed, they shouldn’t be scheduling so many appointments. This has been a very frustrating experience.
It was terrible they made us wait almost 3 hours to remove a cast . I wish I could give it negative stars
I went in for surgery on a completely detached tendon in my wrist. The whole time I'm sitting in the patient room. I hear this doctor speaking. Om leaving the end of May. No more surgeries. A lady says what do we do re route patients. So when the pA walks in she asks questions for a few min then leaves the room and comes back saying oh were just going to send you to therapy. Find a better place, worst staff I've ever delt with at a surgeon clinic. I've been trying to get my sons surgery done for a year now and due to the unprofessional staff and scheduler Brea for Dr theal office he's still haven't got his surgery done. When i asked to speak to who was in charge so that i can file a complaint i was transferred to Christy Demers who is even more unprofessional she wouldn't even let me finish my statement before cutting me off, she was very rude. Save yourself the time and energy
Waited two hours to be seen. Unprofessional providers. Find a better place.
