Work at a high rise luxury complex and met the cleaning lady, Maria Abarco, when she came to clean a resident's apartment. She came in with such negative energy from the moment she approached the front desk. She refused to provide a form of identification (although the resident sent written permission for her, we require all visitors to sign in and show who they are).
