Do NOT use this company. I sent over $600 for their agency fee and first week's pay for a nanny. Signed the contract and everything. Half an hour before nanny is supposed to show up, she tells me she broke her arm. I was understanding, kept working with them. They could not find me an appropriate replacement, I had to find emergency childcare. When I asked for my money back, I sent multiple emails with no response. Then texted and called with same. They don’t screen their employees. None of the nannies have been professional. They will give you the run around if they can’t find anyone for you. If you are going to use their nanny service make sure you do your own background check and make sure all the information on the application is correct before you pay the deposit. Call all of the references in the office before you pay. If not it’s like pulling teeth trying to get it.
