The facilities are very clean! The manager is very positive and full of energy. She loves dogs and it shows! Our dog was in the play area when we arrived for pick up and he was having a great time with the other dogs! ❤️
Love this place for my pup. The over night boarding is by far the BEST option in my area. Affordable and the staff is very attentive. Exactly what I wanted for my dog. Karlee is a sweet heart. You can feel stress free and rest easy with your furry baby here.
Definitely recommend this place for your pups for all of the services they offer! The staff was great and took amazing care of our two large dogs. I’ve never boarded my dogs before and I am very pleased i chose this place! Thanks again Lollipups for making my dogs feel so at home and smell/look good; along with their matching bandanas when we picked them up!
I was amazed when I went to the Dog Resort my black lab did not want to leave it was funny for the first time she started whining she won't let me cut her nails or give her a bath but yet she was comfortable there I don't get it but that's what happened I'm definitely going back to that place next time I'm in Lake Geneva.
My daughter spent her own money to interview from Colorado and was devastated at how the animals and workers were treated. A commune of ppl living together and no heat for pets. Dog feces abound and owner refused to compensate my daughter for the $800 she spent to try to improve her career! Wealthy owner and no heat in house where many dwell.
