This was my third time getting bio gel nails with Katie, and definitely not my last! She always listens to what I want and gives really good suggestions if something will look better or work better. She’s very hardworking, and takes good care of her clients. The vibe is always welcoming and comfortable. My nails always turn out so good! Never regret coming here as walk-in the first time. Very accomodating. The place is also convenient; having an ATM inside is such a bonus. Highly recommend!
Katie the owner is so rude and has no manners. She does not care about a customer leaving happy from her salon. She is also extremely unprofessional. Good luck surviving as a business with this attitude. I have been a regular customer at this place, but this time they did an extremely poor job on my nails. They started chipping within a week. I was on holiday, so I couldn’t address the issue immediately. After two weeks, when I called to make another appointment, I very softly mentioned that the previous service wasn’t good and that my nail polish had started chipping.
