One of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead and booked both a pedicure and a nail refill. When I arrived, they only did my pedicure and completely overlooked my refill appointment. I showed them the pearl chrome color I wanted, which is a very common style, but they couldn’t achieve anything even close to it. Then I had to wait around 40 minutes for my refill, only to be told that their machine was broken and they couldn’t do the ombré design I wanted. Had such a great experience today! My big toenail had cracked horizontally (due to a health issue) - I went in thinking the toe nail would have to be cut awkwardly or that maybe there would be nothing that could be done. I was wrong! Katie did such a great job of fixing my toenail - you can’t tell there was anything wrong! And Paula followed it up with a great mani and pedi :) So very happy - thank you both!!
Katie was wonderful. My nails look great!!
