BAD Customer Service...We usually go to this place for boba drink. Today when I went there I really had a bad experience. I ordered two drinks and didn’t realize I had to say to make it hot. When the drinks came out cold, I told them it was supposed to be hot. They could have asked when I ordered if this was supposed to be hot or cold. Instead they were super rude to me.
Everything is delicious at Lollicup! Jesus always made perfect popcorn chicken just the way I requested (mild, light salt, extra crispy)!!! I would recommend this place to all of my friends!!!
Thai tea smoothie with boba hits the spot during this Riverside/Moreno Valley heat. However, yesterday's visit the AC was not working (?). Overall good food and I'm not sure if they still do that 5 Star Rewards point system.
So this is my serving of curry bowl..i replace rice with veggies for a dollar more and the bowl is literally half filled with 4 half inch chicken meat!! I although I ate 1 broccoli and 1 chicken before I took a picture ..I think it's still insane to pay almost $8.00 for this kind of servings! Customer service is not helping either, they said it comes on a packet. This is the reason why I avoid food chains!
Chocolate milk boba is the best. They always listen to my request to place less ice in the drink, so I get the complete experience without any watered down milk after a while.
