About this business
Born out of our love of fine Margaritas and good music, Lolita's Mexican Cuisine has become the exclusive night spot in Upper Downtown Dallas. After traveling the world and experiencing tastes from different cultures/DJ/Music, we decided to make our way back and bring all these to our home town. Featuring local talent as well as well-known artists, we offer live music every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. At Lolita's Mexican Cuisine, every hour is Happy Hour.

The place may look nice but do not let that fool you. The food is overpriced for simple, bland, and cold food. It took a very long time to receive our appetizer and they also had a family members order wrong. I would never come back to this place.
I should leave right away, when I saw the restaurant is empty at lunch time. Nobody greeted me, but being attracted by the huge sign "Seafood Lunch" I decided to take the risk. The waitress' clothes were exceptionally dirty, and the only English word she knew was "Sorry". She was repeating it all the times, and God knows, for reason. 15 minutes after I ordered, she brought me my meal, but quickly toke it back, and brought it to another table. Lots of "Sorry-s". Don't be fulled -- this just reopened back up! No longer closed. Hated this place!! Has absolutely terrible service, food, and horrible prices for the food! My food was super dry (remind you already spending a fortune for this small plate) then asked for some sauce, like ranch, and they charge a dollar for that! A SIDE OF RANCH!?!?! A DOLLAR?!?! Geeze!!
