My mother lived at Lola's Place during her end stage of Dementia. In her last days she had a stroke and was bed bound. She received the Best Care. She had 24 hour certified aides, certified med aide, beautician for styling her hair, manicures, pedicures. She has a part time nurse that assists with care. So much better than a nursing home. Mother loved everything about Lola's Place. They had Home Cooked meals, home made dessert. She enjoyed Game nights, puzzles, board games, exercise classes. I highly recommend Lola’s place for your love ones that need assistance. They are a group of living and very helpful staff. I was highly impressed with their professional service in taking care of their elderly clients. If I could afford it my father would be their instead of a nursing home. Her home is very clean; they provide cooked meals and entertainment for their clients.

Lola’s Place offered excellent care while my grandmother was there. She and her staff are loving and patient and go above and beyond providing delicious home cooked meals and a clean, comfortable place to live.

Lola’s Place is one of the best Assisted Family living locations I’ve visited. I go to many facilities for inspections & visiting families throughout the DFW area. Each time I’ve been in this facility it’s clean, the staff is friendly and personable as well as they make you feel welcome. In many cases these units are staffed with people who don’t care about the people, don’t care about schedules, but not here. Not recommended for patients who can neither feed themselves nor walk to the bathroom on their own. Owner won't let a much-loved family dog (a small border collie on a leash) visit the patient, even for 5 minutes fully supervised. No explanation for that, other than "My house, my rules." My wife's health rapidly declined while living there, where she lost about 50 pounds in just a few months -- but has gained weight steadily every month since I brought her home.
