Allowing stylists to act in an unprofessional way. Yelling, cussing and causing drama in front of clients is absolutely not how a business should be run. I know for one if it was my business I would be extremely embarrassed for allowing this type of behavior. Standing behind someone as they bully another says a lot about a person and a lot about how they run their business. Definitely not a place I will associate with. Do better as a business but more importantly as a decent human being.
