Just had my first haircut after years of doing it at home and Kat did such an amazing job! On top of being super kind she also really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
I’ve accessed different tiers of stylists at this salon, including senior ones, but overall the experience has been hit or miss. One senior stylist told me she didn’t want to lighten my hair because it was “too dark” and insisted on a patch test which is fair in some cases, but it felt more like hesitation than care. I ended up going to another salon that had no issue working with my hair and actually took the time to get it right. Lola hair salon is amazing! I got my haircut and color done by Jillian. She is super nice and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this salon and Jillian in particular!!!
