I had such a wonderful experience with John at Lola Nail Spa! From the moment I sat down, his customer service was amazing--he made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I loved how much attention to detail he had, making sure every little part of my nails was perfect. He didn't rush through the process at all, but instead took his time to make sure everything came out exactly how ! envisioned. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The change in management is noticeable. Prior owners did not care about employee or customer wellness and satisfaction. New management is wonderful: everyone is nicer, more friendly and the quality of work has even gone up. I love getting their custom pedicures, esp the seasonal ones. Love love love!

I came to Lola's Nails walk in right when they opened. I was happy to be seated fairly quickly and showed an inspo pic. Lyana was very efficient and professional! She made sure the color and design was what I wanted plus everyone was so sweet and nice here. Came back again for a fill, done by Jay. I always leave so happy

I have gone to other nail spots in the area, but I really like this one for consistence. Wait times don't seem as long as other places and the staff is very attentive!
