Bought my very first car from Kris. Super friendly and understanding and even helped take it to canadian tire to get it checked for safety. As a young man buying a car for the first time on my own, i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Car has held up amazingly and I am in love with it. Always do your due diligence buying a car, but rest assured you will have a good experience with loki.
I am responding to their response that is full of lies and mistruths. Basically I know this all to be a lie because you cowardly never responded to me view phone, email or text to communicate. This review is for Krisztian Balogh who as well as Loki Auto Spa owns a sales division selling vehicles, Loki Inc. Over 2 weeks ago I spoke to him regarding an Xterra he was selling. I explained I was 4 hours away but dead serious about the vehicle. I asked that she be certified as that was an option for added monies. I received dozens of pics that he sent me and he explained the next day a mechanic was coming onsite to look at a traction control issue with the vehicle. He would update me. He never did.
