Loved it!! The space is so much bigger than we thought, clean, great pillows and outstanding customer service. We will definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful room that was clean, bright and spacious. Location was great and cost was reasonable. I only gave 4 stars for service because there is no desk or concierge but honestly didn’t miss it at all.
We had a combo work trip + extended vacation back on the East Coast and immediately thought to stay at Lokal on Old City. The stay was perfect - we were on the 2nd floor in the Tina room specially that faced 3rd Street. The space is incredibly welcoming and the amenities were great - including washer/dryer for our extended stay. The owners are highly communicative even proactively reaching out about restocking coffee in the kitchen. We lived in Old City for years and to be back staying in the Lokal space felt like home!
*EDITED UPON RESPONSE FROM COMPANY Worst refund policy! I hate to leave a review on Google but after dealing with this company back and forth I want to give anyone interested a heads up. You pay top dollar for these rooms and would expect the highest quality customer service. Their refund policy is a 7 day notice. Which compared to many other hotels or Airbnb’s is ridiculous. We love the Lokal! We’ve stayed here several times with our kids and love the full kitchen and laundry. Rooms are cozy and have everything you need. The location is great, we will be back!
