The new management changed a lot of things and were more than willing to help with all sorts of problems. This year has been a huge improvement on the year before.
New management has changed everything. It actually feels like a well ran apartment complex. It's apartments so don't expect something huge. Not a big fan of the furnished furniture. Great one bed one baths (my girlfriend lives in one).
Fuck this apartment complex. Recently, an acquaintance of mine was assaulted by her roommate. The complex thought the only solution was to move my friend ONE UNIT over her old apartment and she STILL gets harassed by her old roommate!!! They didn't even consider evicting the violent roommate. Ridiculous! Folks, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE.
� Horrible! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Do NOT recommend to anyone. Refusing to protect a tenant from physical assault by not taking action per lease agreement is beyond unacceptable.
What kind of place is this that lets someone attack a person and by solving the problem you separate the tenant and move them as neighbors. My cousin Chloe Zook was attacked by her roommate (Chandra Shackley) and did all necessary actions. And instead of them evicting her roommate they decided to move her and right next door. This is not acceptable. Please think twice before becoming a resident here.
The apartments are way to small for that they are now charging. The place was thrown together architecturally. Water pressure is super low. It is barely a trickle. The elevators have broken 5 times and the building isn't even a year old. The hot tubs are poorly maintained. There is no way the new cost they are charging of $750 a room is worth it. The hot tubs are rarely hot, never clean, and close at 10 everyday. The new management does not keep up with maintaing the buildings cleanliness. The water pressure is close to nonexistent and the showers never get very hot. It sounds like my upstairs neighbors are bowling in ski boots. The rent hiked up for no apparent reason along with parking costs. There is no guest parking either. They have taps on the deck that have been used once, but the owners drank most of it.
