Storage units do not keep rain out. We lost so much. We had to sit for hours and sort through our belongings to salvage what we could. Went back a couple days later to get a few things we needed and they had put a lock on our unit. After calling several times a day for a week I finally got an answer and was told I had less than 24 hours to get my belongings out of the unit or it would be put on the road for trash.
