I went here spur of the moment fir a spa pedi ($50) and asked for them to use gel to make my big toes more square ($20). Once I was ready to pay the total came to $94. After I was told gel polish was not included in the spad pedi. I paid and walked out bc I was not going to start a scene in the salon, aside for the extra for gel polish which was fine bc whatever, for the 2 hours I was in the chair I was ready to leave. Dip powder manicure chipped on multiple nails in 2 days. The rest lasted about 1 week. They blame the customer saying that typing and cleaning caused their service to fail, even if you don’t do either. When that excuse doesn’t work, they say your nails must not be strong. I asked why they didn’t discuss this prior to the service and they said they never know how long it will last (was specifically told 3 weeks prior to choosing the dip powder). I got a pedi and gel manicure with Anna. My mom has been going to her for years and has always said she does the best job. She certainly does! Meticulous! She’s also really nice. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular. Thank you!!
