Great French Restaurant in Providence – My wife and I went to Loie Fuller's last night. The restaurant is on Westminster St., but away from the crowded downtown area. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The cheese plate appetizer was good, but not great. My wife had sea scallops, which were prefectly cooked and tasted unbelievable.
