I had to have a tooth pulled and a bone graft for a future implant. This was my first time in this office but everyone was friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Loi did a great job of making me feel at ease and a great job with the extraction, bone graft, and suturing. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone needed an oral surgeon.
I had an appointment today at 1:00 pm and I was right on time. But instead he took in another patient - ibviously retired lady - and after waiting for 27 minutes I left because I had ti go to work and saw him talking that patient’s husband. No apology, no explanation. From anyone. Double booking and ignorance
