My mom was saved by Dr. Luu Loi. She sent my mom to ER in time for a bypass surgery, and I very much appreciate her quick call. My mom is well now, and it’s thanks to many doctors and nurses including Dr. Luu Loi. Besides, all staffs at the office are very helpful. They are very communicative, actually pick up phone calls, and always leave voice mails when they can’t get to me. So no hassles here!
The doctor at this establishment is incredibly rude, and doesn't take you or your questions seriously. I thought I was the only one going through this experience, but it seems as if many others have experienced her rudeness. The only reason I'm rating 2 stars instead of 1 stars is because I brought up how anxiety might be causing or worsening my GERD, and she gave me a motivational talk about how anxiety is not real and should not be feared, and that I need to see a psychologist to handle my anxiety. Terrible place we made appointment for the Blood test and my husband waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes.Never go back here again.
If it possible I would like to give this place 0 🎖 The Lady are too rude when patients ask about something they don't know. Staff didnt say hi , vs asked for help in a rude manner. She keep saying “omg” such as “Oh my god, you have to read it carefully before calling to ask. If you are a first generation who has taken the role of caring for your parents and elders, please do your due diligence in researching doctors before they quickly choose this known doctor out of comfort of someone speaking vietnamese. Please, their life depends on it. Refer to yelp reviews of this establishment. Misdiagnoses that resulted in death, poor scheduling, lack of empathy and ego-based business versus compassionate care for their patients.
