Overpriced and loud These apartments are extremely overpriced for the amenities. Also the yoga studio blasts music all day that shakes the apartments

Responsive and genuinely awesome management. The building is well maintained, clean and perfectly located. I particularly appreciate the Core Power Yoga studio right in the building.
Great Experience The updated look of the lobby is hip and fresh. The staff is amazing and they make me feel special and add light to my day. Overall, this is a great option for apartment living in Denver. Also, the coffee maker is stellar. LOVE IT!
One of the most energy efficient apartment buildings you can find in Denver. Certified LEED Gold. Where we choose to live communicates what we value. Great to be able to live somewhere like LoHi Gold where we can spend our money aligned with our values and love for the environment, especially here in beautiful Colorado. The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable to everything, including downtown Denver. Having such a nice CorePower yoga in the building is a big bonus too!
Awesome new ownership at LoHi Gold I moved into a one bedroom at this property in early 2015 while it was called Highlands Park. Now under new ownership and called LoHi Gold, the already amazing property is even better! Lobby and gym renovations, fun community nights, a friendly and accessible front office, and a gorgeous deck make this cozy corner complex a fantastic place to live.
It's awsome the seasoning. Kony was nice and sweet.
