Responsive and genuinely awesome management. The building is well maintained, clean and perfectly located. I particularly appreciate the Core Power Yoga studio right in the building.
One of the most energy efficient apartment buildings you can find in Denver. Certified LEED Gold. Where we choose to live communicates what we value. Great to be able to live somewhere like LoHi Gold where we can spend our money aligned with our values and love for the environment, especially here in beautiful Colorado. The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable to everything, including downtown Denver. Having such a nice CorePower yoga in the building is a big bonus too!
It's awsome the seasoning. Kony was nice and sweet.
