I always have a great experience here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.
I got my first pair of glasses about 2 years ago and just recently broke them. I called LoHi Eye Care & was able to get new frames from the manufacturer and new lens right before my warranty ran out. We coordinated everything via text and the team was not only able to get the job done, but they were super friendly & genuinely good people throughout the entire process. 10/10
I honestly used to hate going for my yearly eye exam before going to lohi eye. I feel like everyone here is so welcoming, knowledgable and truly wants to care for you and your eyes. I feel like a jerk not knowing their names but the guy often to the right at the front desk was so willing to go out of his way to help with an Insurance issue -I have truly never had a healthcare provider anywhere care to help me with that.
These guys are great. I’m able to get in quickly, and all the docs/employees are kind and knowledgeable. There’s a nice selection of high-end frames too!
