Excellent service and very nice people. We wanted to replace our bedrooms carpet with hardwood floors. Rob was very helpful and accommodating during the whole process, responded quickly to emails and guided us nicely. Matt installed the floors for us. He was spot on choosing a wood colour that matched the rest of the house! He did a great job overall and kept everything clean when he left. We love it! I can't recommend Logs End more enthusiastically! Every part of this experience was top notch! From my first contact, my visit to the beautiful showroom, the removal of the old floors, and ultimately the install of the new floors, every step of the way was personal, thoughtful, insightful, efficient and beautiful. Rob and Jamie at the showroom couldn’t have been more friendly or knowledgeable.
