Steve was a pleasure to work with, friendly and approachable, and a true professional. The European oak planks are stunning . Matt installed the chevron pattern, one of the very few in the city who does this intricate work as I understand. He is a true artisan and takes pride in his craft. I highly recommend Logsend.
We purchased approximately 1200 ft.² of the 5 inch wide engineered flooring. The pricing was great, very reasonable for the product were received. We installed the flooring ourselves and it went very well. Having installed other hardwood floors before I have to say this was one of the nicest floors I’ve ever installed. Years ago log's end put a white pine floor in the master bedroom of our cottage and we enjoyed the warmth and softness of the finish for many years We just moved to Ottawa and needed to redo the floors in three bedrooms, a hallway passage so we opted Lor log's end one more time.
