Where should I start? We just got hickory engineered floor supplied and installed by Logs End for our new build. Just finished our reno with all the flooring done by Logs End. We ended up with almost a custom colour (Sandbanks but matching a sample we liked) with a custom finish, and Rob was extremely accommodating throughout the whole process. We are very happy with having picked Logs End, and especially with the end result! Pictures don't really do this floor justice.
