Excellent content and resource. I have bought multiple computers trying to get it to work as fast as I expect modern software to work. So far an Intel i7 with 16GB of ram and I would tell you I use free software for more of my research. I used it on a Macbook Pro and was disappointed as well. Maybe there is to much data to sort through.
Absolutely the best bible software there is out there. I own all 3 major software packages and by far Logos is head and shoulders above them all. Thankful to live in a day and age where we can so easily access information.
Love the software. I use it everyday. Plenty of study, devotionals, and original language resources.
It is one of the best tools for self study out there. it will also help in furthering you walk

I just moved over from accordance to Logos 7. The exegetical guide is simply amazing! That tool alone is worth having Logos.
I don't know what happened for Bro. Obed, but I have never had a problem with Customer Service. Plus, the free and reduced pricing on books is greatly appreciated when you are a missionary pastor who operates on a tight margin. God bless you all at Faithlife.
