I had the opportunity to go on a Wilderness Therapy Trip with Logos Healing Institute this year 2024.. Travelling from the UK, my experience was a very redemtive time which I am still processing and seeing the fruits from being in the mountain's with trust worthy therapists and fellow survivors helped with my confidence and making better choices in my life. You will find compassionate, intelligent, therapist here that know how to help survivors of trauma. Logos has saved my life. The therapist here care. They help people navigate their trauma to be able to hold it and hold life. I did not want to live. After I started working with Logos, I learned I had been programmed. Logos therapists are able to help deprogram things such as death program. I no longer want to die everyday. I am learning to have hope. I am learning to hold life, to hold what living looks like for me.
