At the Butler Hill location I was checking out and had to have the attendant check my ID because I was buying alcohol. After looking at my ID she said something I couldn't believe- "You look like a twelve year old." I've gotten comments like this from two other employees at the same location before, but they did it jokingly so I tried to ignore them. This particular employee was not joking. I went to the Schnucks and asked to use my double up food dollars, they decided to use my reward dollars instead. When I asked them to stop the transaction, they said they couldn’t. The cashier even realized she made a mistake. They told me to call customer service to resolve it. They told me sorry and could do anything. I was saving my reward dollars for a Christmas present for my daughter there. This is an incident at the Richardson Road Schnucks. Although it is only a $1, there is a principle here. I attempted to use a coupon from a product iinside the store.(It was on the neck of a bottle of St James peach wine) The coupon was for $1 off the purchase of fresh fruit or ice. I bought the fruit and wine. The checker refused to honor it. I contacted customer service and their response was it is a good coupon just try and use it again.
