I went on May 21 to purchase a lottery ticket. I got money from their ATM and went to put my $50 in the lottery machine. It jammed. I didn't have time to report it because I had to work so I left and came back the next day and spoke to a manager who basically told me they can't see how much money I put in so they can't help me.

I love shopping at Schnucks. I especially like not having to wait in line for more than a reasonable amount of time (usually I only wait for a minute or two). There is an adequate number of clerks to check customers out and I can tell the store has effectively organized the checkout experience so that the customer sees a high level of customer service. ********************** has provided masks during the pandemic and has wisely encouraged social distancing. I went to schnucks in high ridge today and the meat was good but were they put the meat. They need to clean the colder where the meat is at because there is MOLD and on the cooler rack and by the chick nugges the seling was all gone and look like I ruined down. And water liking almost ever were. And by the organic juise the guy pulled out the board and I coulded see the fans and it look like to me it never got scrub for years. BEWARE using ********* at Schnucks. ********* does not recognize Schnuck's on line coupons. ********* does not recognize group pricing (e.g. buy 4, get a reduced price). My favorite is the ********* price of $5.04 for cookies, regularly priced at 4.79 at Schnucks and on sale for 4.29. Who's making the extra money? Schnuck's customer service tells me that I have a contract with ********* and that I agree to their terms? Well, didn't know that one of those terms was price gouging. I went to store in which there is a door to enter and one to exit. . Why. Is it workers use the door that supposed to only to enter only to exit , when I ask they only say you to use exit door only. I feel it is unfair rules should be followed by every one

Schnucks / CVS marriage has been a huge profit for these two companies and a disaster for the senior citizens. A real WIN for the corporate leaders in the ivory tower and a real LOSS for the seniors trying to balance drugs vs food issue. Case in point. Prior (03/09/20) to the Schnucks / CVS marriage I was spending $20.35 for 180 tabs of a certain drug. Yesterday (12/20/20/0) the exact same drug (180 tabs) cost $95.32. ***** *** ******* **** *** ********** ** ***** This is in regards to your pharmacy. I was informed that my prescriptions were available to be picked up. When I get to the store, they aren't ready or available. This happens every time I go there. When I try to talk to management about it they tell me there's no one to speak with. This causes me to not have my prescriptions when I need them which is causing me problems with my blood pressure. When you use the rewards points to make purchases, you don't earn any points on those purchases. You should earn rewards points. Credit card still give you additional points on purchases even if you use rewards. I spoke to two Store Managers and they told me they weren't aware that this was how it worked. They told me I would have to talk to customer service. I spoke to customer service and they told me it was their policy. I told them it is dishonest.
