This center is a non-profit facility and a great for place for education, preservation and monitoring of one of the world's most active sea turtle nesting grounds. The center acts as a school, providing internships, tours and programs. Plus the park's amenities include a guarded beach, nature trails and picnic areas, but the main attractions are the leatherback sea turtles.

We really enjoyed our time there. The staff is very knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to visit again 🙂
A truly wonderful place, felt so welcome and all staff very helpful. Was great to be able to see the poorly turtles up close and the great way the are reabillitated back to the Ocean. Amazing that they do all this on donations alone.
This is a must visit for us every summer when we are in FL!
Wonderful facility! Loved listening to the “experts” tell the stories of each turtle, their prognosis, course of treatments, etc. Everyone was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We learned so much!
